If you haven’t been living under a rock the last few months, then you were well aware that the Mayans predicted Dec. 21 of this year to mark the end of civilization. Being that this is Dec. 25, I think it’s safe to say that the Mayans got it wrong. They weren’t the only ones. Did you know that there have been MANY other apocalyptic predictions that have obviously also not come true, so why did we seem to take this one more seriously? I’m not sure why but I am quite grateful that we surpassed another expiration date.
I think this Christmas we should feel doubly blessed to have everything that we have.
If you are warm, then you have shelter from the cold, something that not all of us are blessed with.
